The Beacon suite is designed to support residents with dementia. It has clear sightlines, wide pathways, and secure entrances to create a safe and pleasant living space. Programmable lighting throughout the residences promotes better sleep, alertness, and mental clarity.

Just outside the apartment, residents can enjoy communal spaces and amenities. Spaces include a separate dining area, spacious living room, wellness/activity room with floor-to-ceiling windows, and gathering rooms. An outdoor courtyard is enclosed to prevent wandering and provides a secure space for residents to exercise, entertain and relax.
